Before launching Seale's Empire LLC, I spent my career exploring software development, AI engineering, and business management. I recognized a critical need in the market for reliable, turnkey AI applications that protect users while delivering massive value.
I built Seale's Empire LLC on the belief that technology should empower, not complicate. By accessing our website and using our services — including Empire AI Studio, Empire Flex, Empire Console, and all other Seale's Empire LLC products — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all users of Seale's Empire LLC platforms and AI tools, including Empire AI Studio (17 AI creative tools), Empire Flex (Google AI-powered platform), and all other products operated by Seale's Empire LLC.
Use of Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our services through your account are aware of and comply with these Terms.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services
- You may not use our AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
- You may not use automated tools to access our services beyond the authorized API
- Commercial use of AI-generated content is permitted under your active subscription plan
AI Tool Services & Credits
Empire AI Studio provides AI-powered creative tools on a credit-based system. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to the following:
- Credits are consumed per generation based on the tool used
- Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- One-time credit pack purchases never expire
- AI-generated content is provided "as is" — accuracy and quality may vary
- Pro features (Video Generator, 3D Model Generator) require an active Pro subscription
- We reserve the right to adjust tool credit costs with notice
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By consenting to Seale's Empire LLC's SMS texting service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages to the provided mobile number.
- Opt-In: Provide your phone number on our website forms and check the consent box
- Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services
- Opt-Out (STOP): Text "STOP" to unsubscribe at any time — you will receive a confirmation then no further messages

Intellectual Property
The website, platform, and all original content, features, AI models, code, branding, and functionality are owned by Seale's Empire LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content created by users through our tools: users retain ownership of content they generate using their prompts and inputs. Seale's Empire LLC does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs.
Seale's Empire LLC branding, the Empire Control Center system, and all proprietary tools may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Empire AI Studio subscription plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Cancel anytime through your account billing settings — no cancellation fees
- Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures — not for unused credits
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seale's Empire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Text Messaging (SMS) Data
All SMS categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties. You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP."

- AI providers (Replicate, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) — for processing AI generation requests
- Stripe — for payment processing

Security

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure your information, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
Children's Privacy

The Software — including all source code, documentation, architecture, prompts, diagrams, scripts, and related materials — is the exclusive property of Seale's Empire LLC. Purchasing or accessing the Software does not transfer ownership.
Grant of License
Seale's Empire LLC grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- Install and use the Software for internal business purposes
- Modify the Software for internal use only
- Deploy the Software within the Licensee's organization
- Access updates and improvements while the license remains valid
Restrictions
The Licensee may NOT:
- Redistribute, publish, or share the Software
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Post the Software publicly
- Provide access to third parties without written permission
- Use the Software to build a competing product
Confidentiality, Termination, No Warranty & Governing Law
Confidentiality: The Software contains proprietary trade secrets belonging to Seale's Empire LLC. The Licensee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality.
Termination: Seale's Empire LLC may terminate this license immediately upon violation of any term.
No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Governing Law: This license is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
